The buildings of Entrepreneur House 4 and Entrepreneur House 5 will be available for the producing and service provider companies that are expected to move in. <span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp;<\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Floor areas:<br \/>Planned Entrepreneur House 4:<span style=\"mso-tab-count:1\"><\/span>2.408,92 m2<br \/>Planned Entrepreneur House 5.:<span style=\"mso-tab-count:1\"><\/span>2.166,6 m2<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">A hall part with a headroom of 6 m will be established within the planned buildings, and two social and office blocks  will be established at two levels. Black-white locker rooms separately for men and women will be established at the ground floor for blue collar workers, while offices will be constructed at the first floor with separate sanitary unit for the office staff. <\/p>\n<p>The hall part will be established with two compartments, between which a sliding door will be installed to allow passage within the building. Sectionalized gates will be used for each unit to allow access, and canopies will be erected over the entrances. The buildings will be constructed with traditional building structures, and will include state of art mechanical and electrical building services, lightning protection, noise and vibration control features. The heated and thermally insulated building structures of the building comply with the  relevant provisions of 7\/2006 TNM and meet the requirements for energy management. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>The definite objective of the Gima Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd is to establish conditions for producing the service provider companies in the Entrepreneur Houses, for the purpose of which the company also performs activities to encourage investment.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>The development serves the objectives of the companies already settled, as well as the companies yet to move in. The benefit for the companies to move in is the possibility of renting premises with reasonable conditions, while the existing companies could establish contact with the new ones. The larger number of companies settled in the park will provide indirect benefits also (increased turnout, additional services, more public utilities, etc.)  <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>A We offer places within the Entrepreneur Houses for 5 companies, which have a useful base area of 4575.52 m2. The creation of 46 jobs is expected by these settling companies.  <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b><span style=\"font-size:9.5pt;font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\"Signing the Support Contract<br \/>Stage III of \u201eA GIMA Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd Entrepreneur House Development Project\u201d \u00c9AOP1.1.1\/A-132013-0005<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"><o:p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"274\" src=\"http:\/\/www.szolnokiiparipark.hu\/wp-content\/themes\/twentythirteen\/img\/szolnok\/Koos2_szerk.jpg\" width=\"206\"><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The GIMA Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd received support again for its project &#8220;GIMA Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd Entrepreneur House Development Project\u201d No. \u00c9AOP1.1.1\/A-132013-0005. The support contract was signed on 8 August 2013 in Debrecen at the headquarters of \u00c9ARF\u00dc. According to the Support Contract, the total costs of the development is 599,775,000 HUF, from which 50 % is to be paid from own resources, while the other 50 %, i.e. 299,887,500 HUF, is regarded as a grant with no obligation to pay back.  <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\">\n<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>   <!--- \u00d6sszecsuk\u00e1s v\u00e9ge-->  <\/p>\n<div id=\"elsoutem\" style=\"display:none;\">\n<h2>Stage I of the &#8220;Gima Szolnok Industrial Logistics Park Infrastructure, Entrepreneur House development project&#8221; No. \u00c9AOP-1.1.1\/A-2.K\u00d6R-2008-0004<\/h2>\n<p>The Gima Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd submitted an application and was awarded a support in 2008 for its project entitled &#8220;Gima Szolnok Industrial Logistics Park Infrastructure, Entrepreneur House development project&#8221;. The planned project was implemented within the premises of the Gima Szolnok Industrial Park Ltd. The net value of the project is 648.807.622 HUF, and was implemented with the support from the EU, using the associated financing by the European Regional Development Fund, thus the support by the EU amounts to 50 % of the total value.<br \/>\nA road, together with all kinds of public utilities, was constructed in the first stage of the investment project as the extension of the \u00dajsz\u00e1szi road between the Nagys\u00e1ndor J\u00f3zsef road and the Budapest-Szolnok railway line. This stretch of road also serves as an access road to the development area of the industrial park having an area of 40 ha. As a result of the completed works, public utilities were established for an area having a size of 10 ha, which is categorized as state owned &#8220;Industrial Park&#8221;. Two entrepreneur houses were constructed in the second stage of the investment project, which offer modern premises and business environment for Hungarian small and medium companies, which would allow their successful operation. Production and storage area are available in suitable sizes and quality, which have a low operating cost, and sanitary and office blocks with modern infrastructure are available for helping the work of the companies. Within a separate premises occupying an area of 5500 m2, one of the two entrepreneur house has a useful area of  1334 m2, while the other has an area of 507 m2. It is expected that fifteen new jobs will be created by the investment project through the basic and associated services at the companies moving in, and the project will ensure regular work for local companies and entrepreneurs.\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.szolnokiiparipark.hu\/wp-content\/themes\/twentythirteen\/img\/szolnok\/palyazati_fejlesztesek.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"172\" align=\"right\" \/><br \/>\nSzolnok, 2012.10.08.<br \/>\n  &nbsp;<br \/>\n  <br \/>\n  Gima Szolnok Ipari park Kft. The two essential elements of the investment project are the construction of building and the development of the basic infrastructure.Yet another stretch of road will be constructed as part of the development of basic infrastructures, and the plots next to the road will be provided with public utilities. The public utilities to be established include the lighting of the road, construction of gas network, construction of drinking water network, sewerage, electrical network and the telecommunication network.  <\/p>\n<p>The useful base area of the Entrepreneur House is 1048.06 m2, which could provide area for one or more companies according to the plan of the investor. The hall parts can be divided according to the needs along the lines of the lattices (main girders) using metal framework and plasterboard lining established up to the ceiling. In the office-social block the companies could use common sanitary blocks separately for men and women, while offices and conference rooms are available for them at the first floor.<br \/>\nThe Tenant plans to start special data park information technology services (server hosting, storage place, virtual server renting) in the IT Service Centre, which has a useful area of 668.64 m2.
